At Souqifya, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery (UAE standard)


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon delivery. Clearance or sale items may also be non-returnable unless stated otherwise.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support through official channels

  2. Share your order number and reason for return

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Items returned without approval may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated


6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the payment type

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.


8. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and handled according to this policy.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
